Optical Software will come to your house, perform an evaluation on your computer, and we will provide you with an estimate. If it can be fixed quickly, we will do it on-site. If not, we will disconnect it, carry it to the office and return the computer repaired and updated wih the current Microsoft updates and security fixes.
